After receiving a confirmation email, your order will arrive within 2-3 business days.

Understand that hair can not be altered, modified, or worn in anyway for returns to be accepted. Hair must be in original state and within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a return. 

If you wish to exchange for a longer or shorter length, we must adjust the price of your order. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. 

To return any products, please email us at support@peculiarperfection.com with your confirmation #, a picture and details stating what was wrong with the hair.

  • ALWAYS wrap your hair in a silk bonnet at night or sleep on a silk pillowcase.
  • Wash with warm water (If it's HD lace be gentle and use dawn soap to remove glue).
  • Use a sulfate free shampoo and avoid harmful chemicals.
  • Resist the urge to use excessive heat on your virgin hair extensions. Air drying or diffusing is best. 
  • Do NOT overpluck. Our wigs come pre-plucked. Too much plucking will lead to balding and will require maintenance, or a new wig.

Once received, Peculiar Perfection staff will EMAIL you back letting you know if you qualify for this discount!

Orders can ONLY be placed in the student’s name. Orders WILL NOT be processed in any other name.

The discount is 20% off the WIG and cannot be combined or transferred (no family or friends may use your discount). ALL orders require a signature upon delivery. No exceptions.

Shipments delayed due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events are not eligible for refund or credit. Student discounts cannot be combined with any other discount, sale, promotion, or offer. Peculiar Perfection reserves all rights.
